At Spin Cycle Works we create unique bikes, parts & wheels with great thought, care and old school craftsmanship. We do this because we love to, and because we want to Spin Your Ride.

All our light fast & beautiful products are warranted against defects in fabrication, materials & craftsmanship. So our customer service policy is very simple. We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. First time. Every time. Guaranteed.

If you are dis-satisfied with any product bought from us, for any reason, we want to hear about it. Just tell us what the problem is and how we can fix it. That's it. Simple.

If you ride your bike off a cliff, into an oncoming truck, or simply forget it's on the roof when you drive into that underground car park with the very low ceiling, it's not going to be covered by our warranty program. But if this happens, get in touch and we'll do whatever we can to help you repair or replace your bike.

We operate a crash repair & replacement program for our customers. We carry full spares and interchangeable free hubs for our wheels should you decide to swap Campag for Shimano/SRAM or vice versa some time in the future.
